What if the client's issue is solved quickly?

If the issue is resolved before the 20 hours are used, the TAC will invoice for only the hours worked. This allows for flexible, efficient problem-solving.

 

The client receives a rapid solution without paying for unnecessary time. 

 

Deliverables should still be submitted through the portal for reporting purposes. Early resolution is viewed as a program success.
