If a project exceeds 20 hours in a Traditional Interactive Visit, only the first 20 hours will be reimbursed.
TACs can still complete the work if the client agrees to pay for the extra hours outside of the program. The additional work would be billed separately as a standard fee-for-service contract.
Strategic Interventions are capped at 55 hours. Careful project scoping in the SoW helps prevent overruns. TACs must monitor time carefully to stay within limits.
