Yes, many Interactive Visits are completed in less than 20 hours. TACs are reimbursed for the actual time spent, whether the project takes 5 hours, 12 hours, or the full 20 hours. The goal is to solve the client�s problem efficiently, not to use time unnecessarily. The final invoice reflects the real hours worked. If the project ends early, no penalty applies.
