The Statement of Work (SoW) is a detailed project outline that serves as the formal agreement between the TAC and the client. It specifies the project scope, deliverables, estimated time (in hours), costs, and project milestones.
The SoW ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of the work to be performed.
It must be approved by the TAC director or a senior manager before submission to Tech-Access Canada. Once the SoW is approved, it guides the execution of the project.
Any changes must be documented and updated in the portal.
