Ineligible activities include general business development, grant writing, recruitment, and activities unrelated to technical innovation.
Internal capacity-building for the TAC (e.g., purchasing new equipment for unrelated purposes) is also not allowed.
The program does not cover academic research for publication or student-led projects unless directly tied to the SME's problem.
TACs cannot use the program to build their own services or capabilities. Activities must be clearly linked to resolving a client-specific innovation challenge.
