This is often used to bring in specialized faculty or technicians. For Strategic Interventions, there is no limit on collaboration between TACs or with other college research centres.
However, all external resources must be included in the SoW. Expenses for external expertise must align with program guidelines.
This flexibility allows TACs to deliver more comprehensive support.
