Client Engagement Advisors (CEAs) support SMEs who are not yet IRAP clients but may benefit from becoming one.
They help firms navigate the process of connecting with IRAP and accessing its services. CEAs assess company eligibility for IRAP programs, including Interactive Visits.
They often work with newer or smaller companies that lack previous experience with government-funded innovation programs. CEAs serve as the first point of contact for companies interested in Interactive Visits but without an assigned ITA.
They facilitate onboarding and initial connections with TACs.
