What happens if a project is abandoned?

Process & Milestones

If a client becomes unresponsive or abandons the project, the TAC can close out the Visit.

The TAC is permitted to invoice for the hours and expenses incurred up to that point. This ensures that TACs are compensated for the work they have already performed.

The project will be marked as incomplete in the portal, but all documentation must still be uploaded.

Deliverables produced prior to abandonment should be shared with the client if possible. The process protects both the TAC's time and program integrity.
