The Interactive Visits Program follows seven key milestones.
These include referral confirmation, project assignment to a TAC, creation and approval of the Statement of Work (SoW), client fee payment, Visit authorization, project completion with deliverable submission, and final invoicing. Each milestone must be documented in the Tech-Access Canada portal.
The milestones ensure project accountability and help track progress from start to finish.
They also provide clear points for administrative and financial oversight. Meeting these milestones is necessary for reimbursement and program reporting.
