When is the client fee paid?

Cost & Payment

The client must pay the fee before any work begins, specifically after the Statement of Work (SoW) is finalized but before the Visit is authorized.

 

This is a program requirement to ensure client commitment and financial accountability. Payment is typically processed through the Tech-Access Canada portal using secure payment links.

 

The project will not proceed until the fee is received and recorded.

 

This prevents TACs from starting work without a formal agreement in place. It also aligns with program milestones and funding guidelines.
