What if the client fails to provide information?

If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, the TAC can close the project. The TAC will document the situation and submit an invoice for work completed. The client is notified of project closure. This protects the TAC�s time and ensures program funds are properly managed. Follow-up with the client is recommended before closure.
