What happens if the client wants more than 20 hours?

If the client needs more than 20 hours, the TAC can offer additional services through a separate fee-for-service contract. The extra hours are billed outside of the Interactive Visits Program. The TAC must clearly communicate this to the client. The initial Visit remains capped at 20 hours (or 55 for Strategic Interventions). This allows SMEs to extend the engagement if desired.
